What kind of backings do you use? Are they hypolallergenic?

The earrings with a flat back use surgical steel and the hooks are sterling silver - both are hypoallergenic and will work for sensitive ears

What is your return policy?

Instant disassembly will only accept returns for earrings broken upon arrival - no other returns will be accepted

If you received your earrings and something is broken (back or hook has fallen off), you have 5 days upon arrival of the earrings to contact me to set-up a return

Do you take custom orders?

I take some custom orders if they align with my brand - feel free to email me or message me on instagram to find out if I’d like to take on your project!

How do I clean the earrings?

You can clean the earrings using a damp paper towel or cloth and acetone (nail polish remover)

What are the earrings made out of? Do they easily break?

The earrings are made out of polymer clay and are both light and flexible however constant bending can jeopardize the integrity of the piece. Due to the flexibility of polymer, they do not break easily. I have never broken a pair. However, if you constantly bend the pieces, they will eventually break so be mindful and treat them as you would any fragile piece of jewelry.
